Questions, answered plainly
Will it be uncomfortable?
Everyone feels it differently. A numbing product goes on first, and Hajar checks in with you throughout. Tell her any time you'd like a pause.
How long does a visit take?
The consultation takes about 45 minutes. Eyeliner takes two and a half to three hours, and lip color two and a quarter to three and a quarter. The Services page lists each.
Who will be in the room?
You and Hajar. Visits are one to one in a private room with the door closed, and a companion can wait out front.
Do I need a follow-up visit?
Yes. Book it for four to eight weeks after your first session, so Hajar can check how the color has settled and adjust it.
Who should wait?
If you're pregnant or nursing, we ask you to wait. Consent and intake lists the rest, and your doctor can say more.
What should I wear to the visit?
Anything comfortable. Leave eye makeup off for liner or lipstick off for lip color, and wear glasses rather than contacts if you can.
Can you fix work done somewhere else?
Hajar looks at it at the consultation and tells you honestly what can be done, including nothing.
How does the deposit work?
A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. The booking page shows its amount when you choose a time, and the rest is paid on the day.
Can I just walk in?
No. Every visit starts with consent and intake, so everything is booked ahead.
