How a visit works
Five steps from the first message to the refresh. Each one waits for your yes before the next begins.

Step 1: Consultation and design
You talk through what you want and show Hajar anything you've saved. She draws the shape on you with a pencil, you look at it in a mirror, and she changes it until it's right. Then you choose the shade.

Step 2: Consent and the work
You read and sign the consent form. The area is numbed, and Hajar does the work in passes, checking with you as she goes. You can ask for a pause whenever you like.

Step 3: The first week
You leave with a written aftercare sheet. The color looks stronger at first and softens as the area settles, so don't judge it in the first week.
- 044 to 8 weeks later
Step 4: Follow-up visit
Hajar checks how the color has settled and adjusts it where it needs it. This is also when to tell her anything you'd change.

Step 5: Color refresh
When the color has softened and you want it back, book a refresh. You can keep the shade or choose a new one.
